Turkey’s Hand Made Carpets

The hand-made carpets of all shapes and sizes are brought from various regions of Turkey and laid under the sun in fields, in the Dosemealti district of Turkey’s Southern touristic province in Antalya.

This softens the colour of the textiles – and it allows the carpets to be cleaned too.

Carpet weaving is a traditional art – and Turkish carpets are sought after all over the world for their intricate designs and rich colours.
